I did make some good relationships with my coworkers but there is an issue with gossip and drama that makes it feel like high school instead of a professional office of adults. I would recommend never going above and beyond because management will then expect that from you. If you are a high performing worker, you will be taken advantage of and held to a higher standard than people who do the bare minimum. Managers pick favorites, one of the physicians makes employees cry on a regular basis with no repercussions, there is a nepotism issue, and all employees suffer when one person messes up.

My biggest issue with the company was the work environment. I did get more than that one year but it still wasn't very much (I think it was 4-5%), and they acted like they were doing me a huge favor (that doesn't even cover inflation). Yearly raises are given based on performance and are usually 1-2%. The benefits are pretty good but the pay is on the low end of what it should be. There isn't much room for advancement mostly because its a small company. I worked here for 3 years from 2018-2021.
